Whale warning: A message for humankind

As I merge my consciousness with that of the whales, I feel their deep love and respect for each member of the pod. There is no judgment, no comparing or contrasting—just a profound acceptance and connection. I feel held, safe, and secure.
My purpose for connecting with them was to find out why so many of them are beaching. In answer to my question, this is their reply which filters into my mind:
“We journey together—through life and through death. Everything we do is for the good of our community, and every single life in this pod is valued.
The seas are polluted, and some of our family are suffering as a result. We do not tolerate suffering or living a ‘less-than life.’ We cannot stand by and watch our loved ones struggle. Everything we do, we do together—for we are unified, and we are deeply affected by the plight of our kin.
If we are unable to live healthy lives in the sea, then we choose to journey home, returning to whence we came. Only when the waters are clean and vibrant again will we choose to stay.”
I ask them what we can do to help. Their response is both profound and sobering:
“You cannot even help yourselves, let alone us. Your land, too, is polluted and burning.
But we do not blame you. We love you.
On land, there are too many distractions, pulling your gaze away and causing you to forget your connection to ‘all that is.’ We have never been sidelined as you have—because in the sea, there is nothing to divert us from what truly matters.
Family. Community. Sharing. Giving back. These are the mantras we live by. You have yet to remember.
We hope you awaken before all is lost. Open your minds and hearts and recognize that we are all one. We are either in this together, or we are separate. But when you choose the latter—when you think only of yourselves—the Earth and the seas cannot be sustained. Taking responsibility for your actions is imperative for all life to flourish.
It is our greatest wish that you recognize your own power and divine nature. If you do not change your ways, you too will be looking to beach yourselves—for you will not want to witness the destruction that will follow.”
I thank the whales for allowing me to merge with them. As I return to the shore, I already miss their unity, their wisdom, and their togetherness.
The human world suddenly feels lonelier, more disconnected.
Yet, as I stand on the beach, their final message lingers in my heart—a whisper of hope. We can remember. We can reconnect. And if we choose, we can heal. Like the whales we must remember our divine nature and return to the frequency of love. Only that can save us now!
